Lego Batman 2 is an excellent family video game that's as fun to watch as it is to play. There are great jokes throughout, with plenty for all ages to enjoy. The voice acting is fantastic, and gets the tone just right. It's still a lego game, but this looks better than ever. Lego Batman 2 looks great, with all the superheroes and villains animated with tons of humor and character. The puzzles are well designed, also without being too difficult.Lego Batman 2 introduces an open world structure, Gotham City, but individual stages play just like we're used to in Lego titles. It's not difficult, but is hard enough that kids will have to keep on their toes to survive. Both have different abilities, and different suits which give them yet more. You can play cooperatively as Batman and Robin or switch between characters when necessary. I remember buying German magazine "64'er" with demo diskettes and BASIC tutorials, in the time when everyone already switched to pc.Lego Batman 2's gameplay is easy to pick up, with plenty of variety. My only next machine after the C64 was a fully modern equipped windows xp pc in 2002/03 (!) cause of my job. On a funny note, I never switched to Amiga neither, my interest in C64 even bordered with being ridiculous: i. What used to make me angry, and still does, is when someone compares two ports of a game graphics-wise, usually saying something uneducated like: "ahh C64's graphics look blocky in comparison to Amiga's"(?!).

The 'simple', '8bit miracle', 'limits pushed over the edge', you took the words right out of my mouth. Trust me, if anyone ever loved and still loves the C64 over Amiga from the first day I got it (c64 of course) in the very early nineties till this day, it is certainly me, I cannot even describe it how much.

Thanks to my lack of 'ranting-articulation' skills, and maybe too much anger with this particular issue, now I brought myself into the most uncomfortable situation where I turned out to be the one patronising the C64 potentials. First of all you made the perfect comment.
